2006第二届中国国际建筑艺术双年展
建筑节能设计与建筑艺术高峰论坛
各有关单位：
为进一步宣传贯彻我国“十一五”期间建筑节能政策，探讨节能、环境、艺术与经济之间的关系，促进全行业对建筑节能的关注，实现资源生存、环境友好的目标。在2006第二届中国国际建筑艺术双年展期间将举办“建筑节能设计与建筑艺术高峰论坛”。
论坛主题“节能产品创造美好家园”。论坛主要内容：“十一五”期间国家对建筑节能的政策支持；十大建筑节能示范工程宣传推广阶段成果；《中国建筑节能应用大典》发行仪式；建筑节能优秀产品投融资交流会；优秀节能产品与节能企业评选表彰等。

论 坛 具 体 安 排
一、论坛背景
中国是世界上第二大能源消费国。其中，建筑建造、使用过程中的能耗约占总能耗的30％。目前400亿平方米既有建筑中，99％为高能耗建筑，建筑面积采暖单位能耗相当于气候条件相近发达国家的2—3倍。由于我国正处于城镇化和工业化快速发展时期，每年大约新增20亿平方米的建筑总量，接近全球年建筑总量的一半。每年新增的建筑中，节能建筑仅占3％—5％。建筑不节能的严峻现实与我国能源供求日益紧张的状况，成为中国政府、开发商、设计师、建造师不能不高度重视的问题。
由中华人民共和国建设部、文化部批准举办的“2006第二届中国国际建筑艺术双年展”是中国建筑产业界加强国际建筑艺术交流的窗口与建筑技术交流的桥梁。在节约能源成为国家国策，建筑节能技术和产品的应用成为必然趋势的形势下，利用“2006第二届中国国际建筑艺术双年展”这个交流的平台，在广大开发商、设计师、建造师中推介节能产品，是大力推动节能产品在建筑中应用的一个极好时机。

由企业申报，专家根据质量、先进性、价格、销售等几个方面的评价标准，评选优良节能产品，入选《建筑节能应用大典》，并在建筑节能示范工程的宣传推广活动中推广使用。
3、 《建筑节能应用大典》发行仪式
《建筑节能应用大典》是一本应用型工具书，汇集节能政策、法规，领导讲话，节能工作实践，技术和产品应用方法，节能生产企业及产品介绍等。论坛期间举办发行仪式，赠送参会代表、有关政府部门，并作为“十一五”期间有关建筑节能培训的辅助教材。

Architecture Design of Energy Conservation and Architecture Art Summit Forum
1. Forum Background
China is the 2nd largest energy consuming country in the world. Among all of the gross energy consumptions, which from the architecture construction and application reaches 30%. 99% of the existent architectures of 400 hundred millions m3 are high energy-consumed, and the average energy consumption for architectural heating of unit area is 2-3 times of that for developed countries with similar climate. Our country is now on the time of fast development of urbanization and industrialization. New architectures of about 20 hundred millions m3 are implemented each year, which is nearly half of the entire architecture area all over the world. For all the new architectures, only 3％~5％ of that are of energy saving. The austere antinomy between architecture energy waste and increasing resource demand of our country becomes a severe problem which comes to be in the face of Chinese government, real estate dealers, stylists and architecture constructors.
The 2nd China International Architectural Biennial (ABB2006) is co-organized jointly by the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Culture P.R.China, which acts as a window and bridge of international exchange of architecture art and technology for Chinese architecture industry. As energy conservation is national policy, and related application of architectural technology and products have become inevitable. “The 2nd China International Architectural Biennial (ABB2006)” can play as an intercommunion stage of energy conservation products for real estate dealers, stylists and architecture constructors. It is a splendiferous opportunity for related product popularization, also an optimal medium for investment and financing, communion and cooperation.
